The Ticket selected as only one of 10 films in the Tribeca Film Festival’s 2016 US Narrative Competition, has partnered with Shout Factory for distribution in Spring 2017.

Starring Dan Stevens (Walk Among the Tombstones and, of course, Downton Abbey), it tells the story of a blind man who regains his sight only to be blinded by his superficial desires.  Dan has broken out of his “good guy” role as Matthew Crawley in the epic PBS series, embracing a darker side in films such as The Guest and The Cobbler.  His turn in The Ticket shows yet another side of this versatile and talented actor as a man struggling with getting everything he ever wanted and has been heralded as his best performance yet, this side of Downton.  Stevens co-stars with Malin Akerman, Oliver Platt and Kerry Bishe in this compelling drama.

Dan Stevens talks about his work on The Ticket in this article from Entertainment Weekly.
